Hand wash only with warm, lightly soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge. Towel dry immediately. To maintain the rich colour and texture of the wood, coat every 1-3 months with food grade oil (mineral oil, cutting board oil, etc). Avoid contact with extreme heat.
